CEO's Executive team fly through turbulence

An urgent CEO reshuffle brought a non-executive director into the top job. A broken team, strong personalities, and a chequered history placed a demand on the new CEO to settle and steer the team forward.

We were referred to the work from the local CEO of a global tech platform who was also on the Board of this firm. The PhD-holding CEO needed intelligent and strong facilitation for his most senior team with deep technical careers and powerful personalities from around the world.

Over more than 5 years now we have facilitated their executive team sessions periodically every 6-9 months. Each time we continue the work of developing the group's fitness for productive conflict and the discussion of difficult topics. Group membership has changed over that time and the difficulty of arrivals and departures from the group has been explored and incorporated to the parallel work of strategy formation and execution. From this work we were invited to develop their next layer of high potential leaders to rise up to the organisational demands created by the growth and success of the firm.
